How long will my order take?

Handling time is 1–3 business days, and transit time is 2–5 business days, for a total delivery time of 3–8 business days. Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM Mountain Time (Riverton); orders placed after it begin processing the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday via USPS or UPS.

What is your return policy?

Customers may return eligible new products within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition and original packaging. Returns are by mail using the free prepaid return label included in your package, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted within the same 14 calendar days.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return, to original payment method, in USD.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe is our only payment method. All payments on Toolhaus are securely processed through Stripe using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your payment card information.

Toolhaus does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their state.

We buy from established publishers, distributors, and reputable wholesale suppliers. We are not a publisher and we have no exclusive partnerships. Every title is reviewed before we add it to the catalog.
